SHIPPING
We accept orders at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed on aloha-bureau.com will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 1 pm HST (Hawaii Standard Time) will be processed the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. Aloha Bureau is unable to accept orders to be shipped to destinations outside of the US at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience - mahalo for your understanding.
Once the package has left our shipping facilities and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors, or other unforeseen shipping courier related delays.
LOCAL DELIVERY AVAILABLE IN KAUA'I
We are happy to offer delivery on the island of Kaua'i. We will deliver your order the next business day by 6 pm within our free delivery zone (Kapa'a, Wailua, Lihue, Hanamaulu, Anahola and Moloa'a). For areas outside of our free delivery zone we offer $5 flat rate mail fee to mail your order to any other part of Kaua'i.
For local delivery option: got to checkout and click "Continue to shipping" and you will find delivery options with special pricing based on your location. $20 minimum purchase required.
Our home office is based in Kapa'a and are happy to offer delivery based on our travel destination:
Free delivery: Kapa’a, Wailua, Lihue, Hanamaulu, Anahola, Moloa’a
$5 flat rate delivery by mail: the rest of Kaua'i Island.
ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER:
If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) please contact us so that we can make it right. We truly care for our customers and will always do our best to resolve any situations that may come up within reason.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
At Aloha Bureau we try our best to get your orders out as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in the process to be shipped. This, unfortunately, means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed. Please contact us at aloha@aloha-bureau.com and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs. If the order has been shipped, and payment has been processed you can reach us to make refund and return arrangements. Mahalo for your understanding.
PO & APO/FPO Boxes
Aloha Bureau currently does not ship to freight forwarding locations, hotels, PO Boxes, Military (APO/FPO), or Puerto Rico. Mahalo for your understanding.
