Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

We accept orders at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed on aloha-bureau.com will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 1pm HST (Hawaii Standard Time) will be processed the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. Aloha Bureau is unable to accept orders to be shipped to destinations outside of the US at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience - mahalo for your understanding.

Once the package has left our shipping facilities and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors, or other unforeseen shipping courier related delays.



ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER:
If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) please contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always do our best to resolve any situations that may come up.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
We at Aloha Bureau try our best to help you get your orders as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in the process to be shipped. This, unfortunately, means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed. Please contact us at aloha@aloha-bureau.com and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs. If the order has been shipped, and payment has been processed you can reach us to make refund and return arrangements. Mahalo for your understanding. 

PO & APO/FPO Boxes
Aloha Bureau currently does not ship to freight forwarding locations, hotels, PO Boxes, Military (APO/FPO), or Puerto Rico. Mahalo for your understanding.

INTERNATIONAL:
We are so sorry for the inconvenience, but we are not able to ship internationally at this time and apologize for any inconvenience. If you know someone located in the U.S. or will be traveling here soon, check out our US retailer locations by clicking the stores.
